Job Overview

ClickedOn, a 2023 Google Premier Partner, is a Sydney-based, globally focused digital marketing agency committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to join our team and help drive performance for our clients through effective paid search strategies and processes.

As the Senior Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the paid search function for our clients, optimizing our offering, and helping clients achieve their digital marketing goals through effective paid search campaigns. You will work closely with our blue-chip global clients and our internal teams to develop and execute effective paid search campaigns, drive reach, engagement, and thought leadership while improving search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall paid search strategy for our clients, including campaign planning, targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copy creation.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and optimization of paid search campaigns to improve ROI and maximize revenue for our clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the paid search industry, including new ad formats and platforms such as Tiktok, Meta and others.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and develop effective paid search campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of paid search performance to clients, identifying key trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to search engine algorithms, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid search, with a track record of success in developing and executing effective paid search campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of paid search best practices, including campaign planning, targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copy creation.
  • Experience with paid search tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience in media buying and negotiation, and an existing network of media relationships would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing the paid search function.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to create high performance paid search strategies and manage the inputs to deliver great results.
