Data Deletion Instructions

ClickedOn Pty Ltd respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any data we hold about you, including data collected through the Geo app and its connections to Facebook, Instagram, and other third-party platforms.

1. What data we hold

When you use the Geo app or other ClickedOn services, we may collect and store the following types of data:

  • Account details such as your name, email address, business name, and login credentials.
  • Authentication tokens and basic profile information from connected platforms (for example Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Advertising performance data, audience insights, campaign settings, and reporting metrics imported from those platforms with your permission.
  • Usage data, log files, and analytics that help us operate and improve the Geo app.

2. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by following these steps:

  1. Send an email to privacy@clickedon.co with the subject line “Data Deletion Request - Geo App”.
  2. Include the email address, Facebook user ID, or business account associated with your Geo app login so we can locate your records.
  3. Briefly confirm that you want all of your personal data permanently deleted from our systems.

3. Removing the Geo app from Facebook

If you only want to revoke the Geo app’s access to your Facebook account, you can do so directly through Facebook without contacting us:

  1. Log in to Facebook and open Settings & Privacy.
  2. Select Settings, then Apps and Websites.
  3. Find Geo (or Geo by ClickedOn) in the list of active apps.
  4. Click Removeand confirm. Facebook will revoke the app’s permissions immediately.

Removing the app from Facebook stops new data from being shared with us, but it does not automatically delete data we already hold. To delete that data as well, please follow the steps in section 2 above.

4. What happens after you request deletion

Once we receive your request:

  • We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
  • We will verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorised deletion requests.
  • We will permanently delete your personal data, advertising tokens, connected account credentials, and associated records from our active systems within 30 days.
  • Backup copies are overwritten on our standard backup cycle and fully removed within 90 days of your request.
  • We will email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.

5. Data we may need to retain

In limited circumstances we may need to retain certain records after a deletion request, for example to comply with Australian tax, accounting, or legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Where this applies we will retain only the minimum information required, keep it secure, and delete it as soon as the legal retention period ends.
