The challenge

I-MED Radiology Network, Australia's largest diagnostic imaging provider, needed to grow paid online bookings while operating within the strict advertising regulations of the healthcare industry. While paid search and display campaigns were delivering, the organic and SEO components had not received adequate attention, limiting overall digital performance.

Our approach

We implemented our test, measure, and iterate (TMI) methodology to deliver strong, long-term results across both paid and organic channels. We developed a strategy tailored to I-MED's audience within the healthcare compliance framework, focusing on the bottom end of the marketing acquisition funnel: targeting intent, evaluation, and purchase-stage customer activities to optimise spend efficiency.

The result

We grew the account by 52% year-on-year and improved return on ad spend by 300%. Improved CPC and targeting drove an increase in conversion value of $711k, maximising the effectiveness of expenditure. Conversions increased by 9.61K over the same period in the prior year, while cost per conversion decreased across the board.
