What does a law firm marketing agency do?+
A law firm marketing agency brings new client enquiries to a firm and helps it respond to them quickly. At ClickedOn that means Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, SEO and AI search content, Google Business Profile management, five-minute enquiry response and a monthly report, with a new AI-native website if you want one. Every ad, page and article is checked against the Australian Solicitors' Conduct Rules before it goes live.
How much does law firm marketing cost with ClickedOn?+
Firm Growth is $3,500 a month and Firm Growth + Website is $4,500 a month, both plus GST, with no setup fee. Both include Meta ad spend. Both have a 12-month minimum term, then run month to month. Google ad spend, and any Meta spend above what's included, is billed at cost plus a 12% management fee, approved by you in writing with a monthly cap.
How much ad spend is included?+
Meta ad spend is included in both plans. We'll confirm the amount on our call. Google ad spend is set with you, based on the practice areas and locations you want to win, and billed at cost plus a 12% management fee. Any budget increase is approved by you in writing, with a monthly cap.
Do Google Ads work for lawyers?+
Google Ads reach people while they are searching for a lawyer, which makes them one of the most direct ways to win new matters. Legal clicks are expensive, so the campaigns have to be tight: one campaign per practice area, negative keywords for work you don't take, call tracking, and a cost per enquiry you can see each month. We can't promise results, but you'll always see what each enquiry costs.
Can lawyers advertise in Australia?+
Yes. Under rule 36 of the Australian Solicitors' Conduct Rules, a solicitor's advertising must not be false, misleading, deceptive or offensive, or prohibited by law, and must not use "accredited specialist" unless the lawyer is accredited. Personal injury advertising is restricted in some states, such as Queensland, so we check the rules for each state you advertise in. This is general information, not legal advice.
Can we use client testimonials or case results in our marketing?+
Only with care. Client matters are confidential, so we never name a client or describe their matter without their informed written consent. Testimonials and reviews must be genuine and not misleading, and past results can't be presented as a promise of what the next client will get. We don't write, buy or selectively remove reviews.
How do law firms get recommended by ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews?+
AI assistants recommend firms they can find clear, consistent information about: practice-area pages that answer real questions, articles that explain the law in plain English, an accurate Google Business Profile and mentions on other trusted sites. The two articles a month in both plans are written for this, and the monthly report shows how often ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews mention your firm.
Do we have to replace our website?+
No. On Firm Growth you keep your current website, and we connect its enquiry form to the five-minute response where we can. Firm Growth + Website adds a new AI-native website with a page for each practice area and an intake assistant, live within 30 days of access.
Who owns the website, ad accounts and Google profile?+
The firm owns its domain, Google Ads account, Meta Page and ad account, and Google Business Profile from day one; we work through access you grant. On Firm Growth + Website we host the site and cover its running costs during your term, and after 12 months it is yours to keep: we transfer the code and hosting to the firm.
Does the AI intake assistant give legal advice?+
No. The assistant answers general questions about the firm and how it works, collects the details of a new enquiry and passes them straight to your team. It is set up to tell people it can't give legal advice, and it doesn't book or accept a matter on the firm's behalf.
